- 1 Lamb rib (cut for curry and washed)
- 1 white Cabbage (chopped 5mm thick and washed)
- 1 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 4 tsp Dhaniya (coriander) powder
- 2 tsp Jeera (cumin) powder
- 2 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tin Tomato
- 4 tsp Salt
