• ⅓ C milk
• ⅓ C breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• ½ onion, diced
• ½ C diced green bell pepper
• 1 C ketchup
• ½ C brown sugar
