Raffaello Soji recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 200g ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 and ¼ cup soji (semolina) (Tastee wheat/semolina flour)
• ½ cup dessicated coconut
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 tin coconut cream
• 2 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons Elachi (cardomom) powder
• 1 tin Condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 slab Dream/Milkybar chocolate, grated coarsely
• ½ cup roughly chopped almonds
• 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
