Ingredients

• 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken pieces, (mix of breast and thigh meat)
• 1 medium onion, finely diced (about 3/4 cup)
• 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
• 3 cups low-sodium chicken stock
• 1-1/2 cups breadcrumbs
• 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
• 6 whole cloves
• 1 bay leaf
• 3/4 cup light cream or milk
