Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Diamond of California® chopped pecans
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup light brown sugar (or dark brown)
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Optional
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar, for rolling
• sea salt, for sprinkling
