Grilled Chicken Skewers with Peach Chutney

Ingredients

• Chicken:
• 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/4 SOOC Tuscan Herb Olive oil
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• Peach Chutney:
• 1 pound of peaches, peeled and diced
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup SOOC Peach Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
