Ingredients

• 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled, chilled and cut lengthwise
• 1/2 cup mayonaise
• 2 tblsp mustard (yellow, dijon or honey mustard)
• 1/8 cup pickle relish
• 1/8 cup chopped onion, chopped fine
• 2 tblsp pickle relish juice
• salt & pepper to taste
• paprika
