Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise (mine has olive oil in it)
• 4 tsp. white vinegar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 2 bags (14 oz each) shredded cole slaw mix with carrots
• or 1 head of cabbage and 1 carrot, finely chopped or slivered
