French Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Light brown sugar firmly packed
• 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp each of Baking soda & baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 stick (8 Tbsps) Butter softened
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup (8 ounces) Sour cream
• 1 tsp Vanilla
