Ingredients

• Chocolate Coconut Topping:
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• 1/4 cup butter OR margarine
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 square ( ounce) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Cake:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 envelopes (4-1/2 teaspoons each) Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter OR margarine
• 2 eggs
• 3 squares ( ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
