• 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

• 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
• One can of pumpkin purée (15 oz.)
• 2 tsp. pumpkin spice
• 1 tsp. freshly grated orange zest
• 2 cups of mascarpone cheese
• 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
• 1⁄4 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups whipped cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1⁄4 cups brewed espresso
• 1 1⁄4 cups coffee
• 1 cup rum
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
