Easy Methi Matar Malai Recipe -

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. Oil
• 1 Tsp. Cumin seeds/jeera
• 2 pc Cloves
• 2 pc Cardamom green
• 1 inch Cinnamon stick
• 1 large Onion
• 1 medium Tomato
• 1 inch Ginger
• 3-4 pc Garlic gloves
• 2 pc Green chili
• ¼ cup Cashew nuts
• 2-3 Tbsp. Milk/water
• 2 Tbsp. Ghee/clarified butter
• ½ cup Onion
• ½ Tsp. Turmeric powder
• 1 Tsp. Garam masala
• 1 Tbsp. Kasuri methi/dried fenugreek leaves(optional)
• 2 cups Fresh methi leaves/fenugreek leaves
• 1 cup Green peas
• 1 pinch Sugar
• salt to taste
• ¼ cup Fresh Cream
