Ingredients

• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1/2 cup Marsala cooking wine
• 4 ripe fresh tomatoes, diced
• 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
• 16-ounce box of dried Rigatoni pasta shells
• 1 medium onion, finely diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
• 3 Italian sausages, casing removed, crumbled
