• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 130 g raw macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
