Ingredients

• 500 g pork sausages
• 500 g pork mince
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 250 g celery, finely sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
• 1 tablespoon mixed Italian herbs
• 1 x 410 g tin tomato purée
• 1 x 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
• 1.5 litres of chicken stock
• 250 g pasta of choice
• ⅖ cup cream
• 3 sprigs fresh oregano, leaves picked and chopped
