Ingredients

• 1 or 2 shots of espresso
• 1 cup of whole milk
• 1 or 2 tbsp of sweet pistachio syrup
• 1 tbsp of butter
• 1 tsp of brown sugar
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 cup of water
• ½ cup of chopped pistachios
• ¼ cup of butter
• 1 tsp of almond extract
• ¼ tsp of salt
