Ingredients

• 80 g butter
• 100 g plain flour
• Pinch of salt
• 2 eggs 2-3
• 1 vanilla pod
• 300 ml single cream
• 3 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp caster sugar
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 200 ml double cream
• 400 g marzipan
• 100 g cocoa powder
