• 2 teaspoon garlic ginger masala
• 1 teaspoon chillie garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon crushed dhana
• 1 teaspoon crushed jeera
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies
• 2 teaspoon kashmiri mild chillie powder
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon oil
• ¼ bottle labenese sauce
• 1 onion cut into rings
• chopped spring onions
