• 10 oz package Rice River Farms Wild Rice Meatloaf
• Rice River Farms Mushroom Fusion (or wild rice blend of your choice), prepared per package directions
• ¾ cup onion, diced
• 1 tbs minced garlic
• 1 ½ lb. ground beef
• ½ lb. ground pork
• 1 ½ tbs Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 3 eggs, whisked
• 3 tbs tomato paste
• 2 tbsp honey
• ¼ cup ketchup
• 1 tbs steak sauce
• ¾ cup hickory barbecue sauce
