"Chocolate" Dark Rye - Sourdough
I adapted this recipe from the one given on the side of the bag of rye flour I purchased whilst on holiday.
Ingredients
- 8 grams dry yeast
- 14 grams pomegranate molasses
- 85 grams bread flour (white)
- 85 grams rye flour
- 10 grams salt (2 tsp)
- 7 grams cocoa
- 14 grams starter
- 57 grams water
