• ¾ cup potatoes
• ½ cup carrots
• ½ shelled green peas
• 1 onion
• 1 to 2 chopped green chilies
• ½ cup gram flour
• 3 tbsp rice flour
• ½ tsp chili powder
• ½ cup water
• 1 tbsp oil
• ¼ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp mustard
• ¾ tsp urad dal
• ¼ tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• ¼ tsp coriander powder
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
• Lemon juice
• Salt as required
