Banana Bars Recipe 2 | Say Mmm

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used Beanilla’s Vanilla Bean Paste)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
• 2 (8) ounce package cream cheese, softened
• 1 stick unsalted butter; softened
• 2 lbs. confectioners’ sugar
