• 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs (2 medium slices of bread (regular or gluten-free works))
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 1/3 roma tomato
• u00bd large gala apple
• 1/2 unsalted vegetable bouillon cube
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• Vegetable oil, for frying
