- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup Glicks Flour
- 3 eggs, beaten, mixed with 2 tablespoons Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
- fine panko crumbs, for dredging
- oil, for frying
