- 1/2 cup Gefen Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 and 1/4 cups beer or seltzer
- 3 large onions
- 1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Glicks Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tonnelli Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons finely diced pickles
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
