- 100g Caster Sugar ( for slightly more golden cakes with a toffee flavour use Golden Caster Sugar or a mix of White and brown sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder (Optional)
- Butter cream (Optional)
- 50g Butter
- Icing sugar (as much as will go in or how much you have at the time)
