- 2 and 1/2 cups chopped lettuce
- 2 ounces Gefen Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 2 ounces glazed walnuts or almonds
- 1/2 Red Delicious apple
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple
- 1/2 Bartlett pear
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 cup strawberry syrup (we use 3V brand)
- 2 tablespoons Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
