• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 egg yolk
• ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon maple extract (optional)
• 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped pecans
