Ingredients

• 4 thin slices prosciutto (optional)
• ½ cup (125 ml) coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) granulated sugar
• salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• ½ cup (125 ml) buttermilk
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
• ½ avocado, peeled and chopped
• 2 Granny Smith apples
• ½ English cucumber, trimmed
• 3 radishes
• 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed
• 8 leaves leafy green lettuce
