Yam Quick Bread with Pepitas | culture: the word on cheese

- ½ cup raw pepitas
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (sweet or hot, as desired)
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsulphured molasses
