• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 sweet pepper (red, orange, yellow, doesn't matter), diced into bean-sized bit
• 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
• 1/2 avocado, diced
• 1 mango
• 10 stalks cilantro, roughly chopped
• garlic salt, to taste
