- 300 g bacon or Kaiser
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 spring onions (white part for cooking, green part for garnish)
- 1 red pepper, diced (or any vegetable of choice)
- 400 g mushrooms, sliced

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 50 ml water
- 120 g cheddar cheese (or any cheese of choice)
