Ingredients

• 2 lb ground chuck
• 1 medium onion diced
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1 egg
• 2 tbls Nature's Seasonings
• 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 and 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 8 slices pepper jack cheese (low fat)
• 8 crusty kaiser rolls cut in half
• 1 tomato sliced thin
• head of romaine lettice washed and seperated
• 2tbls apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbls dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Nature's Seasonings
• 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tsp olive oil
