• 1/2 cup cooking oil
• 1 whole chicken (cut into small pieces)
• 1 cup Etag large diced (or any thick smoked bacon)
• 2 cups Jordan Farms Brown rice
• 6 cups chicken stock or broth
• 2 tbsp garlic minced
• 1 cup onions sliced
• 1 tbsp ginger minced
• 2 tbsp lemongrass minced fine
• 1/2 cup patis (fish sauce)
• 1 big sayote (sliced)
• 1 small red cabbage or any cabbage
• 2 tbsp malungay leaves (garnish)
