Ciambellone al Vin Santo | Fattoria La Vialla

Ingredients

• 500 g white Flour (best if sifted)
• 300 g sugar
• 2 tbsp butter (at room temperature)
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 lemon (only the grated yellow peel)
• 3 eggs
• 1 glass milk (approx. 200 ml)
• 50 g pine nuts
• 50 g raisins
• ½ glass Vin Santo (approx. 100 ml)
• 1 sachet baking powder (sufficient for 500g of flour)
• 1 pinch salt
