• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• zest of 2 cara cara oranges
• 2 tbsp fresh cara cara orange juice
• 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp greek yogurt
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• juice of 2 1/2 cara cara oranges, reduced - for the glaze
• 2 tsp of oat milk - for the glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar - for the glaze
• additional orange zest - for on top of the glaze
