• 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
• 1 Teaspoon Salt
• 3 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
• 3 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
• 1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
• ½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• 12 Tablespoons (1 ½ sticks) Softened Butter
• 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
• ½ Cup + 2 tablespoons Molasses
• 1 Large Egg
• 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste
