Ingredients

• 1 tube original crescent roll
• olive oil or butter (optional)
• roasted garlic
• 1 – 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 – 6 oz can tomato paste
• 1 tsp sugar -- makes the sauce sweet
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ¼ tsp garlic salt
• ½ tsp dried basil
• Pinch crushed red pepper (optional)
• ½ cup thinly sliced Portuguese sausage
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
