• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature, cut in pieces
• 1/2 cup grated Roth Creamy Havarti cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Roth Grand Cru® cheese
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
