Ingredients

• - One 8oz package Giovanni Cheese Beef Short Rib Ravioli
• - ½ cup of high quality Chimichurri sauce
• - Thinly sliced red onions for garnish
• Directions to prepare your Chimichurri sauce:
• In bowl combine all ingredients listed below and stir until ingredients are well dispersed.
• - 1.5 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
• - 0.5 oz fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• - ½ tsp salt
• - 1 oz vinegar
• - 2.5 oz sunflower oil/ vegetable oil
• - 1 oz olive oil
• - ¼ tsp dried oregano
• - 1 large garlic clove, minced
• - 1 ½ tbsp spicy red jalapenos, finely chopped
• - 1 oz red onions, minced
