Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) unsalted butter, room temperature
• ½ cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
• 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
• ½ cup (125 mL) powdered cocoa
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• ¼ cup (50 mL) whipping cream
• 3 1/2 cups (875 mL) icing sugar, sifted
• 3-4 drops pink food colouring gel, or enough to achieve desired colour
