• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 medium tomato (diced)
• 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper (seeded and diced)
• About 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
