• 3 cups (1 pound) McIntosh apples, peeled, cored, and medium dice
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 6 cups old bread, small dice
• 1⁄2 cup caramel topping
