White Bean Hummus (Hommous/Hummous) Recipe - Food.com
Yummy, smooth middle eastern style dip. Good Taste November 2006. I usually add in more tahini, garlic, lemon and cumin to taste.

- 1 (400 g) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
