- 1 ½ Cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup Made Easy Pompeian Bake Olive Oil
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup sugar of choice
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Extra Pompeian Bake olive oil to coat the pan
