- 2 cups (500 mL) elbow macaroni
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) GAY LEA - Butter Sticks – Salted, divided
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry mustard
- 2 cups (500 mL) HEWITT'S - milk
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) IVANHOE - Old Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup (250 mL) swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (250 mL) IVANHOE - Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) parsley, chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh breadcrumbs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
