Ingredients

• 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp Urban Meadow® extra virgin olive oil
• 1 pkg Aidells® Chicken & Apple Smoked Sausage Links Sausage, sliced into bite-sized coins
• 3 shallots, thinly sliced lengthwise
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 8 oz Tuscan kale, leaves stripped from stems, blanched in salted water, well-drained and chopped
• 1 lb butternut squash, peeled, diced and roasted
• to taste Urban Meadow® salt
• 12 oz dry Farfalle pasta
• 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
• grated pecorino cheese (optional for serving)
