• 1/3 cup Urban Meadow® butter
• 1 small onion
• 3 tbsp Urban Meadow® all purpose flour
• 1 cup Urban Meadow® milk
• 1/2 cup Urban Meadow® heavy cream
• 4 cup Urban Meadow® cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
