• 1 can of Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts , chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 2 sprigs thyme
• 7 oz cooked chestnuts
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Salt and pepper, to taste
