• 3 small shallots, thinly sliced
• 5 cloves of garlic, smashed
• 2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
• 28 oz Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
• Juice of 2 large lemons
• 1 1/2-2 tsp kosher salt
• Crumbled feta cheese, for serving
• Lemon slices, for serving
• Fresh dill and parsley, for serving
